restore-spsite -force failed by DirectoryNotFoundException

I have SharePoint 2013, version 15.0.4420.1017 in live/test/dev.

I backup live and can not restore on test or dev due to this error:

I'm farm admin and local admin on the server.

Actually I could do backup/restore till while ago but currently I can't.

Is any suggestion why?
