We have a requirement to use site mailboxes functionality for a project site being developed.
Our mail services are o365 (no Exchange On-Prem) and I am unable to find any reference to an On-Prem instance of SP configuration with o365 site mailboxes.
Is it possible to use o365 site mailboxes with SP2013 On-Prem?
I am only able to find reference to Exchange Server 2013 configuration with site mailboxes.

I have an extranet farm on SP2010 which previously my predecessor disable the the Anonymous Authentication on IIS for the SharePoint web applications
I have migrated these sites now to SP2013 and I am not sure whether I should disable this for SP2013. According to the following, it may result for Sharepoint sites to fail:

Hi,
I have a InfoPath library (XML) where I have a problem with duplicate internal fields.
The field "Template Link" seems to have been duplicated somehow, and this seems to have happen recently (possibly due to a SharePoint update). I've investigated these two fields further, and notice that they are identical for all properties, except the Internal Name.
The display name and ID (GUID)! are identical, but the internal name is for one "TemplateUrl" and the other "TemplateUrl0". I've also noticed that TemplateUrl is notSealed (false), and is in the "Custom Columns" field group, while TemplateUrl0 is Sealed (true), and is in the "_Hidden" field group. Another property that's different is "SourceId", for TemplateUrl it is "{6B858415-123C-4BA6-A02B-426A5EDE3BEA}" and TemplateUrl0 it's "http://schemas.microsoft.com/sharepoint/v3".

I've also checked the values of these fileds on the items in the library. And notice that items usuall have a value (allways the same value) in both fields, but sometimes one or the other field is blank.
I'm getting errros when updating Nintex workflows. Stating duplicate fields. Even though I don't make any modifications. Also if I click the "Relink all" button (in Reling documents settings section of the library) I get an error.
Here I'm trying to delete one of the fields form the libary:

I have an IaaS SharePoint farm hosted in Azure with 2 WFEs and 2 APP servers. I have implemented an internet facing Load Balancer for the WFEs for incoming internet requests (ref:
https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/load-balancer-get-started-internet-arm-ps/). We use Azure Resource Manager (ARM).
For the APP servers to resolve our URL as internal IPs (an example might be for search crawling), I can setup an entry in the APP servers' HOST file (to resolve the URL to one of the WFE internal IP addresses) OR setup a DNS forward lookup zone, but these would always refer to a single internal IP which could be the IP of one of the WFEs. What if that server is down?
Q. Do I also need to setup and INTERNAL Azure load balancer so that internally the URL is also load balanced, allowing one of the WFEs to be OFF for some time? I am further confused because they say SharePoint has its own load balancing.

Site is accessible in internet and locally without error however it continuously longing error into event log with above message .

All of a sudden i'm getting error messages when using a Site Feed web part in a page.
I'm on SP On-premise 2013.
The error is as follows:
When i attempt to create a post in the site feed box, i get the error message:
"Looks like the newsfeed was removed from the site, the site was deleted, or there's some temporary network problem. You can try again later or stop following the site from the sites page"
I can see the post i made behind the error box, but as soon as i click "ok" it disappears, as if it's been automatically deleted.
Apparently this may be to do with a hashtag column, however i dont really know what this means.
I have a total of 3000 users worldwide, all different countries. People use all different browsers. There is nothing standardized. I have a user with Windows 8 and Internet Explorer. I cannot replicate the same in Windows 7 with IE 11. I do have Trusted Sites setup in my IE. We are using SP 2013 with SP 1 (Nov 2014 CU). The problem is about the login prompts and pop-up window - the following happens:
How can I remove the pop-up? How do I get rid of the login prompt?

How to fix this?
We got the message: "Some file can harm your
computer. If the file information below looks suspicious…" when the site
is in the Local Intranet zone in IE11.
We have SharePoint 2013 with Office Web Apps
configured to open in the Client Application by default. There is no option to
move it the Trusted Sites in IE, neither disable the SharePoint OpenDocument
Class since we need to open it in the client application.
The right click open in a new tab seems to be the best
solution, but if anyone knows an easier way to resolve this issue, please help.

We have a product we would like to develop on top of sharepoint online and azure web apps and azure sql.
Now in on premise we have different prod servers(sp 2013, asp.net, sql 2012) hosting these for different clients.
In azure world with sp online how do we best seperate different clients? Shall we just create multiple web apps/multiple sp sub site collections under single azure/office 365 tenant or create separate tenants for each client? How to achieve SSO for different clients with office 365/azure/sp online?

I have an issue on one of the farms I support in that the Calendar scopes for daily, weekly and monthly do not show the correct amount of information.
The Day scope by default shows the hours of 0 to 1 i.e. midnight to 1am;
The Week scope by default shows the hours of 0 to 1 with the week commencing on a Tuesday;
The Month scope by default shows the week commencing on a Tuesday;
In the Regional settings for the Site Collection the Locale is set to English (United Kingdom), Calendar is set to Gregorian, no Alternate Calendar is set, Work Week is defined as Mon-Fri with Monday as the first day and the working hours are 08:00 to 17:00.
I have multiple Site Collections and multiple Web Applications in this farm and they are all displaying the same issue.
I have two other SP2013 farms which are NOT displaying the issue. One is a Dev farm which is patched up to SP1 and the other is a production farm with external facing access patched to March 2013 PU. The farm with the issue is patched to December 2013 CU.
Any advice on this greatly appreciated...
hi guys i'm trying to understand how to incoporate google charts in sharepoint 2013. so i have been trying some simple examples but not been having any head way with this. i found an article(http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/UploadFile/313769/display-sharepoint-list-data-in-charts-using-google-api-and/) that used SPServices to achieve this, so i tried to do the same using the REST API but i'm getting the errors "data.addRow is not a function". $("#SalesChart").ready(yfcharts());</script>I have installed 2 integrated report servers with SQL Server 2012. When I go into Central Admin -> Manage Service Applications and click on my SQL Server Reporting Services Service I get the menu options. When I click on "System Settings"
I get an error. When open the ULS log, it shows the following error:

When I open IIS and go to SharePoint Web Services, I don't have the site3bd7c904e9dc4781a1d0a629730dcf78. When I go to IIS on my two Integrated Reporting Servers I do have the site. For some reason SharePoint is trying to open the site off my APP server. Any idea how to get SharePoint to open the site on my report servers instead?
