Hello Team,
Greetings for the day!
I have 2 Windows server 2012, with Network Load Balancing role enabled on it, on both the server sharepoint 2010 R2 (Sharepoint Farm) is installed. I have enabled Network load balancer, with total of 5 IPS assigned between those 2 server.
The sharepoint site is working very slow some time (1min 30 sec), and sometime it respond very quickly(10 sec).
I have verified both the server performance which is more than good.
Me not sure what can I troubleshoot it further, I am also not sure how to check which server the request is going.
Help me coming out of this situation and optimize the performance.
I tried to disable the NLB and run the page but was with no luck.
Finally, I got antivirus disabled and the site was responding in less than 3 seconds.
Further, I concluded to excluded all the recommended list of folder from antivirus scan. below is the list for the same. But with NO LUCK, me again facing the same problem the site is still very slow. We are using Trend Micro Antivirus.

Also, I would like to bring one thing to your notice that, when i try and access sharepoint site using administrative domain account (this account is added to administrative group on server), the site respond good in approx 8 sec. But if we try to access the
site using normal domain user problem persist, it takes more than 45 secs.
