I am trying to get the top navigation menu to do multiple levels of non-sub-site custom links. Something like this:
Links
News
CNN
MSNBC
Administration
HR
Payroll
But I can only get 2 levels. I have tried changing "MaximumDynamicDisplayLevels" in CSS, but it doesn't seem to have any effect.
