We installed Sharepoint 201 3 RTM ( from iso provided through spla download, default language English )
After installation we found that March PU needs to be applied.
So we went ahead and installed it on SharePoint server. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2767999/en-us
This server is using SharePoint Server standard license.
After March PU install+running PSconfig we noticed that Product and patch installation page shows new updates entries.
However entries/components such as "Microsoft Access Services English Language Pack" still show old bulid version.
There is no error in Upgrade logs.And sharepoint_config Db version status now is"15.0.4481.1005"
We didn't install anything manually while installing SharePoint 2013 RTM( like language packs)
however we found a warning in application event logs:
