Can't create site collection after Visual Studio 2013 installation

Hi all,

Recently I installed Visual Studio 2013 on two servers where I have Sharepoint 2013 installed. This is environment for developers. After that I'm not able to create a site collection on those two Sharepoint servers.

In logs I see following:

How can I solve this problem?
