Moving all databases to a new server

Hi,

     We are planning to move all sharepoint databases(Config,Content,Central admin,Search DBs) from Windows Server 2003,SQL Server 2005 SP3 to Windows Server 2008,SQL Server 2005 SP4 wrt the article http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc512725(v=office.12).aspx .

Will the difference in versions in HW,SW pose any potential threat to the database movement ?
