Restoring my community site collection, will not apply the modification that were made to my seatle.master

I did some modification to the seatle.master page on the development environment, and then I backup the site collection and restore it on another machine . the community site content and setting were restored successfully, but modification to the seatle.master did not apply. Baring in mind that inside the development machine I have modified the seatle.master page using SharePoint designer .
