Error Accessing Business Intelligence Center

Hi:

In production we have SharePoint 2010, however, we are migrating to 2013.  We have done the detach, re-attach method succussfully.  However, when we try accessing the BI Center, we get this error and don't know what to do...

Server Error in '/' Application.

We have verified that SP Enterprise features & publishing is turned on for the Top level Site and site collection for the BI Center.
