Changing App Domain URL for a site collection

I have changed the Url for our apps domain. Before I changed this, I had deployed an app to a site collection.

When I add an app to a different site collection (with new url) it deploys fine. (Note: there were no apps deployed in this site collection before the new url)

When I go to deploy an app to the original site collection from the app store it error out. When I check the details, this is the error it shows. (where is this located. I cant find a reference anywhere this is assigned.)
