Migrating Sites Issue in SharePoint 2013, especially for sites that we upgraded from 2010 sites.

With SharePoint 2013 I am having all sorts of issues Exporting and Importing Sites.  Especially ones that were previously upgraded from SharePoint 2010 first.

If I take a SharePoint 2010 site, upgrade it in 2013, then export it and import it to 2013, I find that most of the Default Forms are broke and sometimes the default views are missing.

At the moment I don't have anyway of moving sites around within SharePoint 2013, that does not have issues.

I also see the problem if I try and move an Office 365 site that was upgraded to 2013 to another 2013 server.
