License state for the current server doesn't match the Farm's License State

Hi

While adding new server in existing SharePoint Farm I'm getting below error:

Configuration Failed

I've installed SharePoint in new server using "SharePoint Server 2013 Standard with SP1 key"

So I checked the blogs and found some links:

https://sharelockpoint.wordpress.com/2014/01/09/sharepoint-2013-installation-error-the-current-server-cannot-be-joined-to-this-farm/

So, I've check my Registry

Current Farm Registry:  SharePoint Server 2013 Enterprise

CurrentFarm

New Server Registry: SharePoint Server 2013

New Server

Found this link (not for me as its for existing server)

https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/sowmyancs/2012/08/08/the-license-state-for-the-current-server-doesnt-match-the-farms-license-state-sharepoint-psconfig-error/

Found this one, logical, but how can I install SharePoint Server Enterprise

https://thulaseeraju.wordpress.com/2016/04/27/sharepoint-2013-installed-products-does-not-match-the-products-installed-in-the-farm/

So, my question is how am I supposed to install Enterprise CAL on new server. Is there any PowerShell command or UI available to install it?

Is there any key is available like "SharePoint Server 2013 Enterprise with SP1" key? Do I need to re-install SharePoint?
