How to get rid of html format for the multiline text field in SharePoint 2013 ?

Hi There,

I have SP2013 environment, I renamed one of my address field (Multiline text). Then the address displays in html format.

Any suggestions where i can get rid of it without creating a new column. I have hundreds of items, so cannot create new one and update them manually.
