Hello all-
Hopefully you can help me with this extremely elusive and irritating issue my users are experiencing using sharepoint 2010.
The problem is being experienced ocassionally by different users around the organization, end-user error has been eliminated as I have watched their procedure for editing documents. This problem is being experienced using both Office 2010 and Office 2003 (users are using both around the organization).
In the libaray, versioning is enabled.. and require checkout is also enabled. The user will check a file out, edit it, and when they go to save their work- the changes are not saved.
I have not witnessed the issue itself, as nobody can seem to re-create the issue. I having a very hard time trying to pin this one down.
Anybody have any ideas?
