I have done a deattache upgrade from sharepoint services 3.0 to sharepoint foundation 2010. Everything seems to work fine but the logo. The logo url under site settings is set correctly and the image file is there but when going to the site Internet Explorer does not show the image it just has an x. On my computer, it will display the image until you refresh the website and then it does not. Any suggestions as to why it will not display the logo.
