I got this error when edit report data source or report for sharepoint 2013 integrated mode

'http://siteurl/Data Source.rsds' cannot be found. --->
Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.ItemNotFoundException: The
item 'http://siteurl/Data Source.rsds' cannot be found.

The file is there ,but it keep saying not found. I can create a new data source ,but when I click on it, i got error. I can create and edit it on a different site collection ,but not this one.  Any idea if it relate to site collection corrupt or ssrs

Trusted domain has two servers - can PeoplePicker be pointed to just one of those two servers in the trusted domain?

PS: One of the domains in trusted domain is not working and PeoplePicker hits that and cannot resolve users.

I have a 2 server farm and have created an internal cert for a web app from our internal CA. I have validated that the Cert CN is the same as the url I am using but it is still throwing an error that there is a "Mismatched address".  If anyone has run into this and has some ideas I would greatly appreciate it.

Steps I have done

1.Verified that there are no chain errors in the cert

2.added the root ca cert to the trusts of the farm

3.added the root ca cert to the trusted root certificate authority on both my SharePoint servers

the SharePoint Foundation Web Application service is "missing" when I go to the list of Services on Server in Central Admin. It's only a small farm (1 app and 2 web server) with the service running on the web server. 

It must actually be running because the existing SharePoint sites are running, but obviously something's not right.

i run:-
1) Install-SPService
2) psconfig.exe -cmd upgrade -inplace b2b -force -cmd applicationcontent -install -cmd installfeatures cmd
3)Install-SPFeature -AllExistingFeatures

but no success

I've banged my head for too long now on this issue, so I'm hoping anyone here can shed some light on it. We're running on April 2013 CU but the problem has existed since RTM.

The issue is that some users (all of this random) can't access the site ("An error has occurred") and get an error page. The Web App is configured with Claims (NTLM and FBA Membership/Role Provider). No custom login page and configuration for the web.configs is verified. It works 99% of the times, but occasionally a user gets an error and I have to restart the Distributed Cache to fix it.

1 WFE & 1 APP with SP2013 April 2013 CU with a few web apps. There's also a WAC server connected, but that shouldn't make a difference. The Distributed Cache runs only on the WFE:

I'm figuring the Distributed Cache gets confused about the authentication tokens and starts handing out the wrong token to some users ? If I leave the Distributed Cache disabled it seems to permanently fix the issue, but that's not an ideal scenario.

we have 4 web front end servers in our sharepoint farm and now plan for add these servers in load balancer F5, for adding sharepoint web front end servers in load balancer there are settings need to do in IIS sharepoint wfe servers?

There are some sharepoint web applications working locally intranet level by some users and upload documents daily from different regions.

after adding more servers in load balancer if user stay 5 minutes or more still user session in same server or request will not go to second server

i have a problem, saving my SharePoint App as an app package.
Same problem in all the other apps which we run on SharePoint.

In the past, saving an Access app as an package was possible and worked fine.
But now i got an error in Access, that Access could not create an app-package.

We have an SP 2013 collaboration site, no customisations. We have set up search navigation to use search scopes set up in our search centre, and configured the drop-down list of scopes in the collaboration site's search box to use the scopes by pointing each item at a URL, with the option to open the link in a new window enabled. However, the links do not open in a new window. I have tried turning MDS off after doing some Google research, this has no effect.

I just installed the September 2015 CU for my on-premise SharePoint 2013 farm with the new great hybrid features. It seems like when the "One Drive Only" is selected from the Hybrid section of Central Admin, requests for user profiles are forwarded to Delve. e.g. clicking on "about me" from SharePoint, I will redirect me to my Delve Profile.

Just as background, we do have DirSync pushing our AD objects to the Office 365 Directory Service.

This is all good, however the SharePoint online admin interface is somewhat limited. The user profile service on Office 365 (or SharePoint Online, or OneDrive for Business, I'm not sure what to call it.) did not pull or map all the attributes from the directory service. Like, thumbnailPhoto and some other custom attributes we added to our User Profiles on-Prem.

Problem 1) I can't add or modify any properties (from Manage User Properties) because my Source Data Connections are blank

Moving On... I also need to filter some of the objects that are getting synced from Office 365 directory service, not all user objects need a Profile. So I was going to go to my "Configure Synchronization Connections" like in my on-prem version of SharePoint and surprise, there's no synchronization section at all. it looks like I'm stuck with an extra 3700 profiles being synced that shouldn't be?

Problem 2) Delve user profile service is missing the Syncronization Section so I can't exclude users by OU.

I believe that both of these problems are related. Any thoughts on a solution. We don't need Delve right now however we are using OneDrive cloud service; I'm assuming there's no way of separating these two but I would be okay with using our on-premise My Site host (with our on-prem User Profiles) as a solution.
