Good Afternoon,
I'm building a SharePoint server and site for our organization. Our site will make use of InfoPath forms for ordering, requests, etc. The issue I’m running into is that the Person/Group picker doesn’t pull anything from A/D. I went into the logs and found:
WebHost failed to process a request.
Sender Information: System.ServiceModel.ServiceHostingEnvironment+HostingManager/27768389
Exception: System.ServiceModel.ServiceActivationException: The service '/_vti_bin/spclaimproviderwebservice.svc' cannot be activated due to an exception during compilation. The exception message is: This collection already contains an address with scheme http. There can be at most one address per scheme in this collection. If your service is being hosted in IIS you can fix the problem by setting 'system.serviceModel/serviceHostingEnvironment/multipleSiteBindingsEnabled' to true or specifying 'system.serviceModel/serviceHostingEnvironment/baseAddressPrefixFilters'.

I’ll be completely frank. This kind of stuff is beyond me, and I’d hate to blow up the brand new SP server I’ve built (although I have taken backups & snapshots with each major action). Can someone assist by telling me in laymen terms of how to do this? Much appreciated.
