SharePoint 2013 SP1- Very Very Slow performance of infopath List with Data Connection

After Installing SharePoint SP1 we noticed a big performance issue with lists with data connection. each item is taking around 30 sec. to open. We checked this multiple times and on multiple farms. This is happening only after installing SP1(15.0.4571.1502).The list we have is a custom list with 3 data connection(Company, Contact Name and Service Category)

Before SP1 Each item opens in couple of seconds.

This list do not have item level permissions and it has only 400 items.
