SharePoint 2013 content co-existing with SharePoint 2010

Hi,

   I am currently working on a SharePoint 2010 Internet Publishing project where we are doing the out-of-the box Content Deployment Path to publish articles from an Intranet System to Internet System. Now, as the SharePoint 2013 released, is it possible to make both the environment co-exists such as Intranet in SharePoint 2013 and Internet in SharePoint 2010 and the content deployment path between 2010 and 2013 still works.
