SharePoint 2013 Timer service is restarting almost every 2-4 minutes

We had an issue with User Profile service that it was failing with below error:

We tried to clean the cache as a rsolution for above but it didn't help. Moreover, we are also seeing issues with TimerSrvice. It is starting every 2-3 minutes on all SP servers in farm.

Please need your urgent help.
