when i login with my creds in my sp 2013 box [ am the machine admin , sql server --security folder logins-->full privileges ---[ dbcreator, processadmin, secureadmin etc etc].
but still am not able to view the manage services link in my CA.am surprised by this!
would like to know, who all can view the manage services on the server link central administration
