What are the license requirement to use "Sync with sharepoint" for MS Project?

We have a SP2013 farm (standard edition) and we are planning to purchase MS Project for our PMs.

After reading this I believe MS Project Professional can use "sync with sharepoint" feature to sync tasks to Sharepoint site:

My question is:

1. Only MS Project professional can support this feature (standard not support)?

2. Which edition of SP2013 support this feature?

3. Do the Sharepoint admin need to create a site or change some configuration to enable this feature?
