PSCONFIG command throws ERROR "failed to upgrade sharepoint products"

I upgraded SharePoint 2010 server with Feb and Apr 2012 CU. Ran the configuration wizard. On all servers configuration wizard runs successful. When I go and check the Manage servers in this farm. I still see the status next to each server “Upgrade Available”. I see the build version of SharePoint on top “14.0.6120.5006”. I did searched in google and found that I need to execute the below command in order for me to see “No Action Required” infront of each server.

PSCONFIG.exe –cmd upgrade –inplace b2b –wait.

After this command, I could see message in command prompt “failed to upgrade sharepoint products”. Still the message next to each server says “Upgrade available”. What are my next steps??
