In asset picker, for example when inserting new link, clicking on "next page" does not show next items but it stays on page 1.
This seems to be a general issue in asset pickers in our site collection running in 2010 compatibility mode. Paging functionality works though when going directly to corresponding document library - this only happens in asset picker.
In ULS logs you can find following information, which must be linked to our problem:
- SharePoint Foundation Upgrade Unexpected CannotMakeBrowserCacheSafeLayoutsUrl: 14/1033/styles/Themable/portal.css
- Web Content Management Publishing Unexpected AssetPickerDialog.LinksMenu_GoTo - Url to go to '/services/5thfloor/informatics/Documents' is invalid: Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined.
These 2 log entries are always occuring together (at the same timestamp).
Asset picker seems to have a mess with URLs as correct URL would be 15/1033/styles/Themable/portal.css instead of14/1033/styles/Themable/portal.css.
Is there any solution to this problem? I did not find any information about this exact problem, so I am not sure if this is an issue depending on our specific environment only. We don't want to upgrade our Intranet to native SharePoint 2013, at least for the next time.
