Site Mailbox: Take 2

Hello,

I'm trying to setup Site Mailbox in SP2013 test environment.

I am following: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj552524%28v=office.15%29.aspx

  1. Must I set up an App Management Service Application Proxy for the App Management Service Application that I [presumably] must setup for the Site Mailbox feature? Will it work without a App Management Service App Proxy? I assume this is unrelated to my TMG 2010 Reverse Proxy for the domain?

  2. Any problem with using the New button/link from the Ribbon on the Service Applications page within SP CA? Or must I use the SP PS Management Shell?
