SPS 2013 Dashboard error

After installing SPS 2013 and integrating it to TFS 2012 I am running into the following error on the Team page for dashboards all other links and settings are function properly only the reporting ones are failing.

An error occurred while accessing application id "DOMAIN\Service Account" from Secure Store Service. The following connections failed to refresh:

TfsOlapReport
