My site creation fails (event 5187)

   at Microsoft.Office.Server.UserProfiles.UserProfile.CreateSite(String strRequestUrl, Boolean bCollision, Int32 overrideCompatLevel, Int32 lcid)."

I checked out causes for this event in docs but changing Site Naming Format in mysite setup did not help. Any other ideas? I have  new SP2013 standard server installation (only one server in farm) and all stuff in the same server with default settings.
