Single Machine Installation with Exchange Server 2013

Hello,

I would like to install a single vm with Domain Controller, SQL Server, SharePoint Server and Exchange Server 2013.

As far as I tried until now this does not seem to be possible because the Default Website is needed by Exchange Server with an unrestricted binding for port 80 and 443 (no hostheaders, no IP restriction). But you would need this Default Website (or another one with a binding for port 80 without hostheaders) to get apps running.

When I create a SharePoint Web Application for the Default Website, this breaks the Exchange Installation.
