Sharepoint 2013 Evaluation to License upgrade

Hi,

I have question is about how to confirm if my Windows Server 2012 and (or) sharepoint 2013 are both Eval or not and if they are expired?

I am told that sharepoint server 2013 need to be licensed.

My situation:

I have a Windows Server 2012 server and when I remote into it  >> I see below lines on server desktop on lower right side.

Windows Server 2012 Standard Evaluation
Windows License Valid for 143 days
Build 9200

Also, I am told that the sharepoint server 2013 Eval is expired and needs to be licensed (for which I have the key)

But When I access the registry to find the SharePoint version>>

HKLM >> Software >> Microsoft >> Shared Tools >> Web Server Extensions >> 15.0 >> WSS >> Installed Products >>

298A586A-E3C1-42F0-AFE0-4BCFDC2E7CD0      -     (which corresponds to)     SharePoint Server 2013 Enterprise Preview

9FF54EBC-8C12-47D7-854F-3865D4BE8118      -     (which corresponds to)     SharePoint Foundation 2013

When I access sharepoint website most of the links work just fine whereas couple of links messages about product being expired.

My question is:

Q1. From above registry key >>    Is my sharepoint version : SharePoint Server 2013 Enterprise Preview  or SharePoint Foundation 2013 ?

Q2. Are both my Windows Server 2012 and SharePoint 2013 needs to be licensed separately?

Q3. If I don't add license key to sharepoint, will it keep working they way it is or will it freeze someday?

Please suggest.

Thanks
