Hi every body.
I have installed and configured sharepoint2013 and excel services on a single server.
I accrued a funny issue and it's that when I upload a excel file even empty file that has tow sheets, all user else system account can not switch between excel sheets and all of them are disabled.
But when I loging with system account every things works well.I guessed maybe is related to permission so I added users to "Site Collection Administrators" in site setting but unfortunately it doesn't work yet.
Please if you have any idea for this Issue guide me to resolve it.
