Hi,

How can I have the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) appear in the address bar while somebody is viewing a

SharePoint site?  We have users who are outside of network and sometimes when the try to connect to a SharePoint with an addresshttp://sharepoint, they can not connect. However, if they usehttp://sharepoint.domain.com, then they can connect.  I do have altnerative access mappings set to map sites with the FQDN, but users copy the address to sites and documents from the address part that does not include the FQDN.

What can I do so that the FQDN be included?
