Save site as a template and import it. Does this work for InfoPath forms?

Hi,

I have developed infopath forms on my development server and now I need to move them on Production. What I have done is, I saved the site as a Site Template on development and imported the template on Production.

I updated the Data Connections on the InfoPath form and uploaded and activated the form using Central Administration using Manage Form Templates.

I then removed the old content type attached to the List. Clicked, Add from existig Content Types and added the activated form.

Now when I click on the new button, I receive an error as shown below. I believe the List IDs have not been correctly updated and somewhere it is still pointing to the old List on the Development Server.

Questions:

1. How do I resolve this issue?
2. Is this the right way to move InfoPath forms from one environment to another?
