It seems that the css files are not loading correctly but, I am not sure....Any ideas? I cannot get following _layout to work when copying it to a browser at the end of http://centraladmin:1234/
When I do this on other SharePoint servers I get prompted to open or save the file. When I do this on the server that's having problems it just loads a white page.
