In our lists we are using Rich Text and Page Content (site column) columns and are having an two issues.
First, the tool bar does not seem to allow an easy way to create a bookmark within the text. Is there a button we are missing or do we just have to teach our users how to code this into HTML?
Second, when we use the color palette to choose text or highlight colors we wish to be able to create a custom color and save it to the palette. However, when we create the custom color, it does not save it to the palette. So, if we change colors in one area of the text and wish to go back again to our custom color creation we can not reuse it.
On a related topic, is there an easy way to limit the fonts, styles, and colors available in these fields for an entire site collection?
