We have SharePoint 2013 Enterprise edition in our own premises with domain setup. and I have to different web applications, one for the Sharepoint on port 443 and the other for MySite on port 2002.
The Problem that when any user open the sharepoint site it asks for the username and password twice (one for the Sharepoint site and the other for the MySite) also when trying to open files ( Excel, Pdf , ...etc ) it keep asking for username and password.
I tried to add the site in the trusted sites but it wasn't helpful because if the user wants to log in with another user account from his machine he can't sign out!
also our site is accessible from outside the domain.
I checked about the SSO service and I found that they changed it in the SP2010 and SP2013 to be the Secure Store Service, but still confused about how to configure and use it !
Any Help in this to reach signin on one time only ...
