List of users who have NOT logged in to Sharepoint 2007 Site collection

Hi All,

We are using MOSS 2007 farm. I wish to know the possible ways to find out list of all users that have NOT logged into one SharePoint site collections. We are nearly having 2500 users in the site collection. Please let me know if there is any PowerShell script or SQL query to fulfill the requirement.

Note: This site collection is located in our Perimeter network so most of all the users who is logging into site collection won't login into their machine using this domain.
