Issue with Incoming Email configuration on SP2013 document library

I am facing an issue while configuring incoming emails for a SharePoint 2013 document library, showing the error "Unable to assign this e-mail address to the list, because the address is in use."

I did the following which can’t help me.

1.       Checked whether anywhere in the site the same mail id has been configured through PowerShell script.
2.       Checked in SharePoint config database whether the document enabled in EmailEnabledList table.
3.       Re-Configure the process.
