Error 6875 in Event Viewer

Hi,

I keep getting this error in the event viewer everyday at almost the same time. anyone familiar with it?

"Error loading and running event receiver Microsoft.Office.RecordsManagement.Internal.UpdateExpireDate in Microsoft.Office.Policy, Version=12.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c. Additional information is below."

Running MOSS 2007 SP1 on 64bit.
