SharePoint 2013 Foundation SearchBoxScript.webpart

Search box is  no available on any site page.

I've tried to create a new site as search server (Enterprise tag template) and when I try to open the search created site I get the following error.

Sorry, something went wrong 
An unexpected error has occurred.

Once enabled "debug" in web.config: (callstack = “true” and customerror mode = “Off”) when open site i find the following trace error:
