SharePoint 2013 Security - Creating a PowerShell Script to Automatically Change Service and Admin Account Passwords

Hello Community!

I am working in SharePoint 2013 Enterprise and I need to create a PowerShell script to automatically change service and admin account passwords.  Has anyone else ever done this and if so can you provide guidance and examples?
