Error: Managed Metadata Migration (SP2010 to SP2013)

Hello,

I am currently getting the error below while trying to create the Managed Metadata service from upgrading my 2010 Manage Metadata Term Store.  

I did this by restoring a backup of my metadata db  to my dev environment and creating the new metadata service.  Once this was done, I tried several methods of resolving, including butching the restored database.  But I have not yet reached a solution.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Error: The ALTER TABLE statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_ECMTermSetMembership_TermSetId". The conflict occurred in database "", table "dbo.ECMTermSet".
