Sharepoint 2013 - posting via Outlook

I just setup SharePoint 2013 (and I have Exchange Server 2013). In my SharePoint, I created a discussion board, and I want everyone in the organization to be able to post to discussion board through their Outlook, without logging in to SharePoint. I have enabled the site mailbox on that discussion board, but when I accessed it, it shows an error message:
