I am tring install SharePoint 2013 in a Windows 2012 R2 server.
(1) I run the prerequisiteinstaller and got error "the tool was unable to install application server role web server (iis) role".
(2) I follows someone's sugguestion to install a fix "Update for Windows Server 2012 (KB2771431)". I got another error "The update is not applicable to your computer". I think the fix is not for R2.
Can anyone please confirm if I can install SharePoint 2013 in Windows server 2012 R2? If it is doable, then how to solve the prerequirment files?
