Remove Everyone View Permission

Hello We are setting up a development SharePoint 2013 with Office Web Apps for Document Editing Feature.  

Our URL looks like this:  http://SP2013.mylab.local/personal/MyUserName/Docs/Forms/Allitems.aspx

What is the best way to remove the Everybody "View Permissions" from the MySite Docs page?  We have 100 test accounts and I don't want to manually do this...  Removing Everybody View Permissions from MySite is even better.  Our Goal is to have MySites be Private.
