How to do migration from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013

 I want to know the step by step procedure to convert a SharePoint 2010 application to 2013.(means a 2010 Visual Studio Web parts  or event receiver to 2012 visual studio) ,( SharePoint configurations -lists,libraries,Site collections),(database migration)
 
In simple, what are all the changes i have to do in the context of
 
1.Visual studio
 
2.Sharepoint
 
3.Database
for migration from 2010 to 2013 sharepoint.
