Site Migrated from MOSS 2007 to SP2013 but users are not able to access the site

Hi ,

I have MOSS 2007 site which in which few libraries & few user groups were there.

I have migrated site first from MOSS 2007 to SP2010 & then from SP2010 to SP2013.

After migrating site to SP2010 I shared the site with users who had permission on it  & users were able to access the site.

Then i migrated site to SP2013 & shared with users who had permission on it, but now users are getting error saying,

Sorry, this site hasn't been shared with you.

Please can anyone help me in solving this issue.
