User Name Displays with Claims Identifier after classic to claim conversion.

Hi

I have fallen an issue, where after converting my webapplication from classic to claims now User name displays with user IDs

In classic its shows as    Waqas Sarwar

after conversion to claims: waqas sarwar(i:#0.w|domain\user)

So now my question, is there any way i can hide this from end user. any view i can edit. my ultimate goal is dispaly as we have in classic.
