We have Moss 2007 and WSS 3.0 installed at our school. We are having a problem with a document library when we want to create a new document. Also, we are having a problem when we want to edit a template. We tried registering the owssupp.dll file and we kept getting this failed error message. This message is involving us and many other people and for many, many years.
