Hi guys, Please help me out with this issue.
Our Setup: we have existing 2-tier sharepoint2010 farm. for some reason we are going to migrate to sharepoint three-tier architecture farm. with 1 application server, 1 database server, 2 WFE servers, 1 Reporting and 1 Fast Search server. I have configured three-tier architecture with SharePoint 2010 SP1 successfully. Custom code and Central Admin will resides on Application Server.
Issue: While transferring web applications from 2-tier to 3-tier, i use visual studio to build and create wsp package. then i use powershell to add/install/deploy wsp file to my application server. i successfully transferred 6 sites and they are working fine. but for 1 particular site when i try to deploy wsp file, it shows deployment status in farm solutions "Deploying" only. its been 2 days now but none of the webpart is deployed yet and status is deploying only. This website is working fine on 2-tier server.
Can anyone help me out with this issues? any help will be appreciable.
