We have a requirement to migrate a moss 2007 web application to SharePoint Online 2013. I understand there are third party tools available. But this might not be viable due to budget constraints. Apart from this SharePoint
designer seems to be a viable option; but I couldn't find any details specific to this scenario. Can someone provide more details on the process or suggest any better options ?
